Order Picking:

The orders are taken in charge in 24/48 hours and shipped the following afternoon (see Shipping policy); in case of orders during the weekend or holiday period, they will be taken in charge and shipped pn the first available working day.

Damaged Products

The products delivered damaged are not a responsability of NovitHard, you can made a claim to client service of GLS; before made a claim, be sure that you have the product and the original packaging.

Taxes

Any taxes applied beyond the payment made on the NovitHard store is not responsibility of the shop, but they will be charged to the customer.
